Jacob Dahlgren's The Flag Project in Uppsala, Sweden: Public project

Throughout the summer, Jacob Dahlgren's The Flag Project will be presented in central Uppsala at Svartbäcksgatan. The work is an ongoing project which in recent years has been presented at Sergels torg in Stockholm (2022), at the Stockholm School of Economics (2021) and at Kunsthalle Göppingen in Germany (2020). For this presentation of the project, which in previous editions has been workshop-based, Jacob Dahlgren has created the 56 flags that are installed over a stretch of 300 meters of the central walking street in Uppsala.
